Paris Hilton`s boyfriend faces criminal charges

Paris Hilton's boyfriend, Cy Waits, 35 is facing criminal charges following his arrest with the celebrity socialite on the Las Vegas Strip. He is charged with being under the influence of marijuana and driving under the influence and possession of marijuana. He could be sentenced to jail and/or probation if convicted on the charges.

Hilton, who will turn 30 next month, is dating Las Vegas club mogul Cy Waits for almost a year. Previously she was engaged to Jason Shaw in 2002 and then to Paris Latsis in 2005.
